As the first Vegetarian village in Israel, Amirim opened its first vegetarian eating rooms in the early 1960’s. In the beginning, these eating rooms were actually set up in the living room or dining room of the hosts.
Today, we now have restaurants offering a rich vegetarian menu, while still retaining the previous intimacy of home dining.
Amirim is situated in a nature reserve in one of the most beautiful locations in the Galilee with a panoramic view of the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) and the hills of the Galilee. The strategic location of Amirim allows easy access to many attractions, making Amirim a popular option for visitors and guests.
